This is a Core i7-9700K 3.6GHZ (Coffee Lake-S) on the LGA1151 socket. A brand new, pre-delided boxed processor. Packaging will be opened in order to perform the delid.
Note: This processor is not binned in any way, and is a traditional 9700K with much lower temperatures.
You can expect temperatures to be 8-15°C lower under load, on average.

This chip can also be fitted with our Copper IHS to bring temperatures down by another 2-6°C (please request this right after you place your order).
